Calling all adults who need to learn to swim or get in shape! We have the classes that are right for you. Whether you can swim or are just a beginner, we can help. Take that step and join one of our classes today! There are lessons for beginners to help you overcome your fear and classes for swimmers to improve your technique. We also have classes for people to improve your health and fitness.

Everyone has the ability to swim. It makes no difference what age you are. We offer adults the opportunity to learn in a comfortable environment. You are instantly put at ease with our friendly instructors who make your learning experience relaxed and enjoyable.
We start by getting in the water together. Everything we teach you we are right there every step of the way to help and encourage you to learn to swim. We always start with the basic principles of breathing and how to float on your back and front.

The next step is to continue to build your trust and confidence in the water so we can teach you the three strokes, front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. We continue to help you with the technique and introduce the correct breathing for the strokes.
The result is that you will have the confidence to get into the pool on your own and be able to enjoy the experience of being able to swim. We know that learning to swim and overcoming your fear of water is one of the most amazing experiences you can ever have, so we do our best to help you achieve that.
